Liolaemus curis is a Chilean endemic species, discovered and recorded only in its type location: Termas del Flaco and Damas river (inner mountain zone from San Fernando city, O'Higgins Region, Chile). Afterwards, their distributional range was extended to the mountain wetlands of Los Humos creek, 14 kilometers towards north from its type location. On this paper we describe a new record for this species, which allows to extend the distribution 28 kilometers towards north from the type location, maintaining its endemism inside the O'Higgins Region.
