Abstract

Terrestrial and freshwater mollusks o f the Darwin's Initiative (1998-1999) expedition, Aisen, Southern Chile. The terrestrial mollusks and of continental waters collected during the Expedition Initiative Darwin in 1998-1999, XI Region of Aisen, Chile, correspond to nine species, belonging to eight families and three orders: Archeogastropoda, Family Amnicolidae, Uttoridina magallanica Biese,1947; Basommatophora, Family Chilinidae, Chilina (Neochilina) patagonica Sowerby, 1874; Stylomathophora, Family Zonitidae, Oxychilus (Oxychilus) cellarius (O. F. MUller, 1774), Family Bulimulidae: Plectostylus vagabondiae Brooks, 1936, Family Acavidae: Macrocyclis peruvianus (Lamarck, 1822), Family Limacidae: Deroceras reticulatum (OP. Miiller, 1774), D. laeve (O. F. Muller, 1774), Umax (Umax) maximus Linnaeus, 1758, Family Succineidae: Succinea chiloensis (Pfeiffer, 1848); and specimens of Endodontidae without identify.
