Abstract

The available information about 56 Ephemeroptera species known from the literature as being from Chile is compiled. The fragmentary knowledge about the most part of the species belonging to the Superfamilies Siphlonuroidea, Oligoneurioidea and Caenoidea is discussed and the absence in Chile of Hermanella thelma and Metamonius fuegiensis is established.
