Abstract

This paper deal with a bibliographic review and specimens of Museums of marine turtles, making a historic relation of sites and dates of observation and/or capture of specimens. Dermochelys coriaceo, Chelonia mydas, Lepidochelys oliváceo and Caretta caretta arrive to Chile but not regularly along the year. The most southern record is Isla Desolación (52° 57' S) for Chelonia Mydas.
