Abstract

Euspilotus boliviensis n. sp. is described and illustrated. All specimens were collected from the burrows of Ctenomys sp. (Mammalia: Ctenomyidae), in the biogeografic locality of the Western Cerrado of Bolivia. The taxonomic position of this new species within Euspilotus genus is discussed.
