Desarrollo larvario de Elminius kingii Gray (CRUSTACEA, CIRRIPEDIA )

Abstract

On describes the larval development of Elminius kingii GRAY, it consist in six naupliar stages and a cypris stage. The limb setation of each stage is figured and described according to BASSINDALE's formula. The larval development of E. kingii is compared with the E. modestus DARWIN and is discussed the possible phylogenetic relationship between both species.
