Abstract

The finding of the terrestrial isopod Chileoniscus armadillidioides Schmidt, 2007 in the Sarao coastal range, in Purranque district, Los Lagos Region is reported. This is the first reference of this species after its original description in the Chiloé Island. Figures and diagnosis for his identification are presented.
