Abstract

Pristidactylus lizards in sclerophyllous forest. Recent invasion or was it always like this? The
species of the genus Pristidactylus in Chile are traditionally linked with deciduous forest, except P.
volcanensis; in this paper we document P. torquatus in sclerophyll environments. We present graphics
evidences. We discuss about this presumptive innovation and speculate about this.
