Abstract

We present the results of various captures at northern Chile, on this base we extend the list of species known to the northern of Chile to 56 species representing 45 genera and 25 families. The most diverse families are Theridiidae, Salticidae and Lycosidae.

The species Hogna subaustralis, Frigga crocuta and Steatoda triangulosa are new recors for Chile. We provide distributional data and the principal habitats and microhabitat of the species found.
